New Ideas in Education
How we work...
Finally an education consultancy that doesn't profess to have answers to every problem in an instant.
We recognise that improving performance and outcomes requires a multi-layered approach, unique to each setting, individual and team. We also recognise that change can be challenging, which is why we work collaboratively to coach through the change.
Our work is based on the QI model of improvement - proven to be successful in settings as diverse as the NHS and Formula 1. Grounded in research and evidence-based practice, QI facilitates meaningful and sustainable improvement.
We know you'll love our approach as outlined in the sections below.

IDENTIFY
We will work with your organisation to forensically identify client need. Root cause analysis and evidence gathering enable us to establish areas for development.
Every aspect of working practice is examined. Our use of the QI model recognises that greatest impact can often be achieved through the smallest of changes.
Prioritisation is agreed collaboratively and clearly communicated to all relevant parties.

INNOVATE
You'll love working with people who never dismiss anything as a silly idea! We believe in creativity as a method of tackling issues because any idea can have positive impact.
We'll help you facilitate imaginative, constructive and productive thought-leading sessions.
Agreed changes are incremental - fully evaluated at each stage of implementation to allow for modification before wider roll-out.

INSPIRE
Inspiring people to reach their fullest potential is central to our methodologies. Through coaching and tailored support we enable individuals and teams to maximise performance - empowering them to engage in personal development and strive for the highest of standards.
We will support you and your team in promoting organisational goals, ethos and vision. Your vision becomes our vision. You know your organisation best.
